Graeme Main - General Manager
Graeme's career in banking and mortgage investment dates back to 1966. He was responsible for setting up the Canterbury Mortgage Trust as a unit trust in 1999 with the amalgamation of three law firm nominee companies providing the initial fund, and subsequently in 2001 the transition of Canterbury Mortgage Trust from a unit trust to a group investment fund.
Paul Cook - Loans Analyst
Paul's primary function as Loans Analyst is undertaking detailed assessment of funding applications for recommendation to our Board in line with our strict lending guidelines. Aligned with this is the ongoing monitoring of all existing lending as to loan terms, conditions, and security continuing to be met. Paul previously had 37 years banking experience, mainly in the Corporate and Commercial finance areas.
Delsie Tonks - Loans Administrator
Delsie has had many years working in law offices and her prime task is to handle all of the documentation relating to loan advances. Her role includes issuance of loan offers, settlement of loan advances, handling repayments and general maintenance of lending files.
